We talked about the Inca in class so I found a video of some of their music. It is being
played in New York City on traditional instruments.
I thought the music sounded rather modern. I was
pleasantly surprised. It does not sound much like
the music we listened to with the Navajo. I think the guitar
changes the whole sounds. Its a fun video.
I think that this video was an amazing find! I like how Music in Diverse Cultures (specifically Incan music) can be on the street of New York City.I like the percussion and flute very much.

Isn't it interesting how there seems to sometimes be a difference between Incan music and music performed by the Inca? You would think that they would want to perform their traditional music, but then again, it's cool that they're exploring other genres.
